All venue rental rates include the following amenities:

• Access to outdoor areas/activities on 20 acres property

• "An Enchanting Saturday Wedding/Friday Rehearsal" - - $2600 (plus 9% tax) This includes:

  Availability to the venue from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Friday

  Availability to the venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday

  Honeymoon Cabin Rental on Friday and Saturday evening

  
  
• "An Enchanting Sunday Wedding (and Weekday Holiday)" - - $1400 (plus 9% tax) This includes:

  Availability to the venue from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sunday

  Honeymoon Cabin Rental on Sunday evening

  
  
• "An Enchanting Weekday Event by the Hour " - - $200 per hour for first 2 hours - $100 per additional hour(plus 8% tax) - minimum two hours This includes availability to the wedding venue for events Monday through Friday (not available Friday evening or Holidays).
  

  Outdoor Venue Policies

  Cancellations

  The preferred dates can be reserved with a deposit equal to 50% of the rental cost and a signed agreement. If unforeseen circumstances result in a cancellation of the event, the full deposit will be refunded (less 50.00 processing fee) if An Enchanting Evening, LLC is notified with at least 120 days notice. One-half (1/2) of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 90 to 120 days. Inside the 90 day window, the deposit is non-refundable.

  Site Visit

  We welcome you to come out and see the facilities. All site visits must be arranged in advance - Saturday and Sunday morning's between 9:00 am and 10:00 am are the preferred time for site visits.

  Weather Considerations

  The lodge can be used as a back up in case of inclement weather. You may consider renting a tent if you are concerned with weather conditions.

  Food/Beverage

  An Enchanting Evening does not supply food or beverage service at the events and you are allowed to cater the event as you wish. Because of the proximity of the swimming 'pond' to the wedding venue, we have tried to limit the amount of glassware and china used outdoors. Please limit glass used outdoors to glass flutes (one each) for the traditional wedding party toast at the reception, glass containers provided by the caterer for serving food, and glass center pieces for the table.

  Alcoholic Beverages

  The use of alcoholic beverages is allowed. Alcohol may be served, but not sold. An Enchanting Evening, LLC accepts no liability for the actions of the group or its guests at alcohol related events.

  Music - Sound System

  An outdoor Sound System attached to a CD Player and microphone is available for use. If there happens to be other guests on the premises, then the party needs to be respectful of the other visitors. You are welcomed to have a band or musical instruments play at your event.

  Smoking

  Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings on the premises. There are ashtrays available for use outside, and please encourage your guests to be responsible and use the provided ashtrays. An Enchanting Evening is a natural environment and improperly discarding cigarettes can lead to fires.

  Clean-Up Fee

  If the property is not left clean and litter-free as determined by An Enchanting Evening, LLC an additional $200 clean-up fee will be assessed and invoiced.

  Parking

  There is limited parking so Wedding participants and guests are encouraged to car pool. There are approximately 30 parking spots available on the property.
  

  Rice Throwing

  The only celebratory item that can be thrown during the departure of the bride and groom is bird seed. Other options include a bubble machine or flower petals. No confetti or glitter is allowed at the outdoor venue.
